Hi Richard,

The entire content of the man page comes from the upstream project, so
any upstream-specific issues (which this would be, but see below) would
need to be addressed there.

The link itself appears to be correct[1], but the rendering on
manpages.d.o should not include the trailing period, hence the 404.

Filing this as a bug against manpages.d.o.

[1] mate-color-select seems to be a common component used by various
software that needs a facility for color selection.
