Dear Maintainer,

Section 2.2 of the releas notes mentions shipping Postfix MTA version 3.3.2
with 10 (buster) however the version appears to be 3.4.5

So it is. And python3 is at 3.7.3, not 3.7.2. Patch with these
changes plus a couple that don't really matter because they're
<!--commented out--> attached.
