Hi,

In chapter about ftp services, there is a link to the announcement
on the debian-announce mailinglist.
Maybe we could use the link to the news on debian.org
https://www.debian.org/News/2017/20170425
instead, to benefit from existing translations?

Ah, please do. I used the mailing list link because that was the one I
