Release Notes Maintainers,

In Chapter 2. What's new in Debian 12, the OpenJDK and OpenLDAP rows
are out of alphabetical order.

Patch (for the English version only) is below,
with the following fixes:
1) s/gnupg/gnupg2/
2) s/llvm-toolchain/new-llvm-toolchain/
3) Alphabetize OpenJDK and OpenLDAP rows
