Package: release-notes
Severity: wishlist
Tags: patch

This case genuinely is only wishlist, and needn't go in until after
the release. But it's already overdue - I commented on it in 2015
and put off doing anything about it.

The glossary section contains many entries explaining abbreviations
that are no longer present anywhere in the text:
* ACPI
* ALSA
* APM
* GPG
* IDE
* LDAP
* LILO
* LVM
* NBD
* NIC
* NIS
* OSS
* RAID
* RPC
* SATA
* UUID
* VGA
* WPA
Some of these have better odds of coming back than others, but I'd
vote to trim the entries for APM, IDE, LILO, OSS, RPC, and VGA this
time round (bringing the proportion of dead entries to below 50%!),
and look again next time.
