Bug#788175: release-notes: better kfreebsd rescue instructions

kfreebsd's release notes say to boot with rescue/enable=true, but it
isn't clear how to do that.

The kfreebsd FAQ is clearer, adding "set kFreeBSD.rescue/enable=true"
to the grub boot commands will do the trick.
