Hi,

In en/upgrading.dbk, one of its section title says about "Dist-upgrade",
so it's about "apt-get dist-upgrade"
<section id="immediate-configure">
<title>Dist-upgrade fails with <quote>Could not perform immediate configuration</quote></title>
However, paragraphs continue as
<para>
In some cases the <command>apt full-upgrade</command> step can fail after
"apt full-upgrade", not apt-get. We should choose one to avoid confusion.
